ARA Imaging is fantastic. I have switched all of my imaging that’s been required to their facilities. The doctors are also at non-ARA facilities in the Austin area and the doctors are fantastic as well. I was impressed with everything the overall cleanliness, the quick scheduling once they get an order from the doctor and appointments are done a few days after they receive the order. The helpful staff as well as technicians that explain everything in detail. The doctors are also fantastic. I haven’t been this impressed any kind of company and so long. I highly recommend them.
I had an extremely pleasant experience at the Round Rock location. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and got me checked in very quickly. I did not have to wait very long before the lady that conducted my exam came to get me, and she used my preferred name that I filled in on my pre-check in paperwork. During the exam she explained the process to my understanding, and she was very engaging. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get me in and out. The overall environment was very clean and peaceful. I would definitely go back here for service, and recommend to others to visit as well.
I was very pleased. It was very busy and there was a waiting line to get checked in, even with three people working the desk. But everyone was calm friendly and got everyone taken care of. The lady that did my bone density was very cordial explained everything as we went along and therefore I stayed calm. Thank you Ara
The people at ARA today weee extremely helpful. And as a walk-in, I arrived before 8 a.m. and became second on the list.
I was done by 8:35 a.m.., probably a few minutes before then.
The women treated me respectfully & explained the positioning for the X-rays. The front desk lady was extra helpful in retrieving my orders. Thus was a great experience!!!

I have been a patient at ARA many, many times. Almost every appointment time I was greeted by a friendly technician who made me feel comfortable and I was pleased to be tended to by a someone who cared!
In 20 plus years I have only had one technician who not seem to be concerned about doing my
X-ray. Fortunately I have never seen her again. I did not complain about her at the front office because she might have had a bad day as we all do from time to time!

Just had an MRI at ARA in Round Rock and everyone from front desk to all staff and technician was wonderful!! So kind!! My technician who performed my MRI, Tim was such a sweet professional man who really helped to make my procedure comfortable and less stressful for me!! Great facility!!
